Leadership
Chibuzo L. Azie
Arc. Azie Linus Chimezie, holding B.Sc and M.Sc degrees from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, honed his expertise at Doned Consult. There, he gained invaluable experience over several years as an Associate Architect and Project Supervisor.
Leveraging this foundation, he established Lively Shelters and Interiors Limited in Lagos. This multifaceted architectural practice and consultancy has since spearheaded numerous remarkable projects for diverse clients across Nigeria, solidifying its reputation for excellence.
A dedicated member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA), Arc. Chimezie is recognized for his meticulous eye for detail and unwavering passion for every project he undertakes.

Ojette, Bright Osemeke
Associate Consultant
Engr. Ojete, Bright Osemeke is a highly accomplished and registered Civil and Structural Engineer, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to the field. As an Associate Consultant at OJETE.OB CONSULTANTS since 2012, he has spearheaded the successful structural design and supervision of numerous significant projects across Nigeria. His diverse portfolio includes large-scale worship centers, multi-story hotels, commercial developments, industrial steel structures, and vital infrastructure works like retaining walls and drainage systems.
A testament to his commitment to the profession, Engr. Ojete is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers, and Nigerian Institution of Structural Engineers. He has actively served the engineering community in various capacities, including as an examiner for corporate membership examinations and in key leadership roles within the Nigerian Society of Engineers and Nigerian Institution of Structural Engineers, Lagos branches. His extensive experience and dedication make him an invaluable asset to any architectural endeavor.
Presently, Engr. Ojete is an associate consultant with Lively Shelters, supervising several structural engineering aspects of our projects.
Chigbo Paul Ikechukwu
Associate Consultant
With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1989), Engr Chigbo Paul Ikechukwu a seasoned engineer brings extensive experience in electrical and mechanical project management and execution. His career spans diverse roles, from Electrical Maintenance/Project Co-ordinator for GSM site constructions across Nigeria, including projects for Ericsson/NITEL GSM, to Electrical/Mechanical Manager for multi-storied residential and office blocks.
Notably, he played a crucial role in the NECOM House Restoration Project in Lagos, handling critical electrical installations such as low and high voltage systems, emergency power generation, fire alarm, CCTV, and public address systems. His recent portfolio includes designing and supervising electrical and mechanical installations for luxury flats in Ikoyi, an office complex on Victoria Island, and various institutional and residential developments, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of complex building systems.
Presently, Engr. Chigbo is an associate consultant with Lively Shelters, supervising several electrical and project management aspects of our clients’ construction.
